At present, although the related technology of UV plastic film gravure is not very mature and the cost of use is relatively high, it represents a revolutionary technical direction. It is believed that as long as careful exploration and research, high-quality and more perfect solvent-free UV plastic film gravure printing machines and UV plastic film inks will be launched in the future.
2. Process control
Process control means that in the printing process, by improving drying efficiency and improving production site management and other measures, the purpose of VOCs emission reduction is achieved. The main measure of process control is to carry out technological innovation on the printing machine, so as to reduce the air volume and increase the concentration of the exhaust gas emitted from the production, and at the same time increase the utilization rate of heat energy. For example, increase the LEL device, reduce the volatilization of organic solvents on the workshop site, cover the semi-closed ink tank and the ink tank, and increase the fully enclosed ink blocking device.
3. Terminal management
At present, there are two main directions for end-to-end treatment: one is recycling, and the other is combustion treatment. In addition, some Gift Boxes gravure companies use plasma technology to harmlessly treat exhaust gas. Regenerative catalytic combustion waste gas treatment is to reheat the organic waste gas discharged from the printing and composite production process, decompose it into carbon dioxide and water vapor under the catalysis of heavy metals, and then discharge it to the outside through the exhaust fan. , the heat energy generated by combustion can be collected and utilized. (3) Low temperature plasma technology
The principle of low-temperature plasma technology to treat organic waste gas is: under the action of an external electric field, a large number of energy-carrying electrons generated by dielectric discharge bombard organic waste gas macromolecules to ionize, dissociate and excite them, and then trigger a series of complex physical and chemical reactions , so that complex macromolecular organic waste gas is converted into harmless substances, so as to achieve the purpose of degradation.
